Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of initial placement with no fee. Customers have a 48 hour return window once the item is shown as “delivered” on the selected carrier’s status.

Custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned once you have approved your design.

Non-custom items can be exchanged provide the item is not damaged and is returned in its original packaging. Buyer is responsible for shipping in returns or exchanges.
